Customer Service Overview
The Customer Service group includes the following modules:
- Order Cheque Book - Order cheque books for your nominated accounts.
- Stop Cheque - Stop cheques for your nominated accounts.
- Forms - Submit standard requests via an electronic form.
- Pay AnyBody Limit - Allows the ability to increase or decrease your Pay AnyBody Limit.
- Bank Mail - Communicate with staff at BankWest by electronic mail.
