Transaction Search
Transactions for a particular date range, transaction type, amount range, cheque number range or narration type can be viewed by using the Transaction Search function within Bankwest Online Banking.
Search for a Transaction
- Select Transaction Search from the Account Information group.
- Select an account from the drop-down list.
- Enter your search options.
- Click Search.
Refine Search Results
You can refine your Bankwest Online Banking search results by clicking on the available fields twisty. This allows you to view your results by BSB No, Account No, Transaction Date, Narration, Cheque No, Debit, Credit and Account Balance. You can view your results by any number of fields and in any order.
Export Data
All your transaction information can be integrated into your personal budgeting software. Bankwest Online Banking is compatible with the latest version of MYOB, AgriMaster, Microsoft Money, Quicken, REST Professional, some versions of Quicken pre 2002 or in CSV format. If you experience issues downloading transactions please contact your software provider for further assistance.
- Display the data to be exported (i.e. Balances or Transaction Search).
- Select the export format from the Export in drop-down list.
- Click Export.
- Open or save the file as required.
View a Cheque Image
You can view an image of cheques that have been presented to the bank, by clicking on the cheque number hyperlink in the transaction listing.
The amount of time taken to retrieve the cheque image will vary according to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) capacity and performance, the telephone line/exchange quality, overall Internet traffic and your personal computer set-up.
Note: Cheque Imaging may not be available from time to time and not all Cheques Images are captured by the Bank, such as cheques cashed and damaged cheques.
